About Me

Hey there. My name is Aneesh Malapaka. I pursued my bachelors in Information Technology  from Matrusri Engineering College. My main Interest lies in challenging myself to create some immersive and creative graphical user interfaces.

My journey to create Graphical User Interfaces began with learning python and using the tkinter framework on top of it, to make my first application for BMI  (Body Mass Index) and slowly progressed by creating small UI's and then found out about web development in 2020 where I related to front-end with my existing interest in UI's.

As of Today, I have used my frontend skills to make professional websites for freelance, college clubs, major projects and also many competetions. I have expanded my domain knowledge to backend making full-stack applications and recently started learning using Gemini API to integrate into my workflow

Tourrific is a ruby on rails based full-stack application that creates a simplified platform for admins to host their property for stays, allows users to seamlessly book the tours and destinations, harnessing the QR Technology to eliminate the necissity of paper booking at local tourist destinations

Built a practical chatbot using kotlin, to solve farmers queries in their regional languages. Used the Kisan Call Center dataset to fine‑tune responses, achieving 80% accuracy on the PIQA dataset.

Tech Tycoons is an initiative by my college to enrich the student’s technical skills. Developed and Deployed the front‑end of the club website and completed it successfully. Using firebase for hosting and vanilla JS and CSS for the front‑end

Built a practical Job Portal as part of the internship project. Used basic PHP and MYSQL to perform CRUD operations. Created a simple view for Admin side and User side for various operations.

Made a fully functional MERN stack SPA for hotel booking, flights and tourist locations. Coordinated with the team by covering the front-end in simple manner in a week. Organized and Executed atmost 4 types of UI designs in order to display information without complexities.

Little Weather

Developed a functional UI to recreate the given design in pure CSS. Consumed the Open weather map API to get the information showing atleast 6 weather metrics. Added weather information for the next two days by using own method. This project focuses on dynamically changing the weather background based on the current weather obtained from the API. of retrieval.
